Attorney H. Kyle Fletcher, is admitted to the bar associations of Florida and Tennessee.  He is also an active member of The Federal Bar Association, The Seminole County Bar Association, The Orange County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before the US Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, US District Court, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.

Mr. Fletcher undergraduate studies were completed at  Emory & Henry College.  He received his law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law, and received a degree of Master of Public Administration from the University of Central Florida. 

Mr. Fletcher was the  former Senior Counsel for the Department of Juvenile Justice.  While Senior Counsel at the Department of Juvenile Justice, Attorney Fletcher was instrumental in implementing CINS-FINS (Children in Need of Services Families in Need of Services).  He has vast experience in federal and state criminal defense, all internet related crimes, personal injury, family law, insurance defense, juvenile delinquency, dependency, guardianships, federal and state appeals and elder law.

As in his professional life, Attorney Fletcher had admirable attributes in his personal life.  He has attained his 4th degree Yodan black belt in Karate.  He is a two time U.S. Open and World Karate champion. His side studies are history, and theology.  He is a diligent, hard-working, truthful, problem-solving person.  He is someone you can trust.
